Sessions
An engagement session isn't just a photo shoot. It's a chance to get comfortable in front of a camera, see how we work together, and spend an unhurried afternoon just being a couple before the wedding planning takes over everything else.
I photograph these the same way I photograph weddings: documentary-style, low on posing, high on real moments. We'll walk, talk, laugh at something dumb, and let the photos happen in between.

Includes a 2-hour session and a full edited gallery within 3 weeks. Engagement sessions are also included at no extra cost with my full day wedding collection.

Engagement Sessions take 1-2 hours giving us ample time to relax into it without rushing and really focus on the things you love doing together.
I offer sessions anywhere in the world, however, if you want to avoid travel fees or keep it local - I am available to all locations in Charlotte and adjacent counties. If you want to go to Western NC for your session, cool beans! I do have a $100 travel fee - but hey - a day in the mountains with gorgeous photos? Worth it.
Generally I photograph sessions about 1.5 - 2 hours before sunset or really early in the morning right at sunrise. I'm open to whatever fits your schedule though!
After your session, I will deliver your final gallery within 3 weeks. From there you can download, print, and share your photos with your favorite people.

We adjust. Overcast skies actually make for some of the most beautiful, soft-light photos! And if it's a real downpour, we'll reschedule. No big deal!
