Wedding photography is about more than showing up with a camera and taking pretty pictures. It’s about understanding how a day feels as it’s unfolding - the energy, the pauses, the emotion underneath it all.
After more than a decade in this work, I’ve learned to anticipate the moments people don’t want to forget while also giving space for them to happen naturally. For me, my art is to document your day in a way that feels honest, intentional, and true to who you are.

The laughter between friends, the way your parents look at you during the ceremony, the quiet moments you share together when no one else is paying attention, those are the moments I am always watching for.
I believe the most meaningful photographs aren't created through constant direction. They're found in the real interactions, emotions, and relationships that make your wedding uniquely yours.

I’m Bekah, a wedding photographer based in North Carolina, and my goal is simple: to document your wedding day as it naturally happens.
While I'll step in to guide portraits and keep things moving smoothly, I'm not interested in turning your wedding into a full day photoshoot. The moments I care most about are the ones that happen when you're fully present - the hugs from family, the laughter with friends, the happy tears, and all the little interactions that make your day uniquely yours.
I want your photographs to feel like memories, not performances. Years from now, my hope is that you can look through your gallery and remember not only how everything looked, but exactly how it felt to be there.

While I'm with you capturing portraits, my second photographer is documenting your guests arriving, your groom seeing his people for the first time, the details on the tables before anyone sits down.
